Vegetarians.



Today's topic is Vegetarians.
Did I spell it correctly?
Nevertheless it is a Vesak Day special.
So my father and I were debating over 'religious' stuff.
For example, we were talking about vegetarians.
I feel that it is really stupid to starve yourself of proteins
This can lead to umm wad do you can that...
SOme weird defiency when you don't have enough Proteins.
My father argued.
He said Eating meat will give you desire, etc etc
and will make you more emotional. and stuff like that
So they don't want to eat meat to 'train' themselves.
But then again, some people are eating vegetarians
Not just for health.
Some are eating it for like
Hey I love Animals Eating Them Is Wrong.
Pardon me,
we WERE born to EAT animals.
We ARE omivores.
we EAT animals AND meat.
Some are even more depserate
They dont eat eggs.
UNfertilised eggs.
There was no life in them at the beginning
They are just a patching of... Proteins.
it is like something dead
coming out off a Hen.
Whatsmore, without your proteins you need to
eat ALL sorts of vegetables to make it up for.
Eating animals is NOT cruelty.
Ill-treating them is.
By feeding on them, we allow life to continue.
Vegetables have life too.
They Have CELLS.
Real Living Cells.
Which means they are alive
Only that they cant move.
In case you have not noticed,
we CANT digest cellouse.
Which makes up the cellwall.
WE only take the vitamins and stuff.
We dun have the enzyme to digest cellouse.
So isn't it a real waste?

you should not do passive recovery.
Which means something like...
Sitting down and relaxing and resting.
It is better to do Active Recovery
which is to do a certain sport at a MODERATE rate,
to improve the flow of the blood and relaxing the muscles
